- Collaboration of federal agencies, state partners, the public health community, and the general public
- Healthy People 2030
- 5th iteration of the initiative
- Biggest change from 2020 is the reduction in number of objectives
- Includes 358 core/measurable objectives
- Objectives include health conditions, health behaviors, populations, settings & systems, and social determinants of health
- Health conditions → addiction, cancer, mental health, etc.
- Health behaviors → health communications, sleep, physical activity, vaccination, etc.
